As a collective group, we want to honor your work! We have several different groups and times to choose from—

Express-oh
Group Leader: Heidi
Meeting time: 1st & 3rd Monday of each month Noon-1:30 pm
Meeting place: at a member's home on La Crosse's South Side
Essence of group: Though small in number, the group is prolific and members include poets, memoirists, novelists, and essayists. Much of the time is devoted to critique and writing support, and prompts are generally in two parts; the first written at the group meeting and the second as a short "take-home" exercise.
The Tuesday Edition
Group Leader: Scott
Meeting time: 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month 11:30 a.m.- 1 p.m.
Meeting place: Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of La Crosse
Essence of group: Tuesday Edition provides a supportive and welcoming atmosphere that helps all members grow as writers and have fun doing it. We are inspired to write through sharing ideas that spark creativity and knowledge that helps us hone our skills.
The Rewrites
Group Leader: Jess
Meeting time: 1st & 3rd Monday of each month 7:00 -8:30 pm
Meeting place: Virtual
Essence of group: The Rewrites are an eclectic compilation of memoirists, playwrights, children's authors, storytellers, and poets. We are a fun loving, supportive group that encourages creativity in many forms.
